Leadership Diagnostics
Lesley is licensed to offer a range of work-based diagnostic assessments. These can be used on their own to improve self-awareness and understanding or as part of a development programme that will be designed specifically around any areas identified.
DISC Profiling (Personal Profile Analysis)
The Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) takes less than 10 minutes to complete online and generates a comprehensive profile of an individual's working strengths, fears, motivators and the values that person brings to an organisation. It also includes how they are likely to perform under pressure, how they modify their behaviour in their current role and any frustrations or problems they may be facing.
The PPA focuses on the four key behavioural characteristics of dominance, influence, steadiness and compliance. It identifies how an individual prefers to be managed and also how they are likely to manage other people. This makes it an ideal tool to support team leadership and development in the workplace. By improving awareness of their preferred style, individuals will have the means to consolidate their working strengths and compensate for their behavioural limitations.
The PPA diagnostic is interpreted and supported by a comprehensive feedback, either face to face or by telephone, lasting approximately one hour.

Emotional Intelligence
Emotional Intelligence competencies account for up to 85% of what sets outstanding leaders apart from the rest.
The Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (EIQ) is an accurate and objective way to measure emotional competencies in the work context. It is a predictor of performance, indicating how well people understand and manage their emotions, how well they interpret and deal with the emotions of others, and how they use this knowledge to manage relationships.
The EIQ takes approximately 20-25 minutes to complete online and provides a snapshot of an individual's global intelligence score and their general emotional functioning mapped against 15 facets of behaviour.

Leadership Effectiveness Analysis (LEA)
The Leadership Effectiveness Analysis (LEA) is a 360-degree diagnostic that measures 22 key leadership behaviours and practices.
It identifies an individual's perspective of their strengths (assets) and limitations (liabilities) and matches these against averaged responses from bosses, peers and direct reports. It also matches an individual's behavioural preferences and characteristics against the strategic requirements of the organisation.
The LEA is completed online and generates a profile report that is interpreted and supported by a comprehensive feedback, either face to face or by telephone, lasting approximately 1½ hours. The LEA is also supported by a comprehensive resource guide providing a source of reference and ongoing support.

Leadership 360 degree Feedback
The Leadership 360-degree Feedback gives comprehensive and inclusive feedback to develop the skills you need to be successful in leadership, managerial and other professional roles. It focuses on nine key leadership competencies, ranging from Strategic Awareness through Communication and Influence to Impact.
The diagnostic is completed online and invites feedback from direct reports, peers, colleagues and managers. It is an objective process that identifies how an individual actually behaves and increases awareness of their strengths and potential development opportunities. It can therefore be a powerful addition to an appraisal process to give people a more comprehensive view of their performance.

Belbin Team Role Inventory
The Belbin Team Role Inventory is an assessment of how an individual will tend to behave as part of a team. It identifies nine team roles, each of which has its particular strengths, allowable weaknesses and important contribution to make to a team.
Belbin provides a ‘fingerprint’ of an individual’s preferred team roles. It is supplemented by a 360-degree feedback from observers to contrast the individual's own evaluation of their behaviour with how their colleagues perceive it. This makes it an ideal tool to support team leadership and development in the workplace.
