By focusing on her firm belief that "behaviour is behaviour is behaviour" she will challenge and support you through a journey of self-awareness and development that will take your leadership skills to the next level.
The programme spans four months and includes online diagnostics, interactive workshops, face to face coaching, telephone and email support and inclusion in a dedicated online community.
Recognising the link between emotion, behaviour and performance is crucial for any leader. The first workshop explores how, and why, people behave the way they do. This is followed by an online diagnostic to explore your personal preferences and a one-hour telephone coaching session to integrate the leadership behaviours into your workplace.
Anticipation, and the ability to adapt your own behaviour, are key factors in effective leadership. This workshop explores what motivates different people and how best to lead them for maximum performance. The workshop is supported by a two-hour face to face coaching session held in your workplace to identify and support the leadership issues specific to your organisation and begin to embed the required behaviours into practice.
Habits are powerful drivers for behaviour. Completion of an online 360-degree assessment will begin to identify some of your habits in the workplace. This workshop will explore your individual development needs and support the small and subtle changes in your behaviour that can have a dramatic effect on your leadership and performance. It is followed by an additional one-hour telephone coaching session to support your personal development.
The art of modelling is often under-valued. If someone else is already effective at what you want to do, then why reinvent the wheel? This final workshop explores modelling strategies and demonstrates how to use leadership skills and behaviours to promote influence, negotiation and success. The workshop is followed by a half-day face to face mentoring session in your workplace to ensure maximum integration of learning.
