Frontline Leadership Programme
As a leader, every decision and action you take sends a signal to the people around you. So, the better you understand yourself and the impact of your behaviours on other people, the better you and your organisation will perform.

Frontline leadership is an integrated programme of work-based diagnostics and customised development for a group of leaders within an organisation.

The programme starts with a Personal Profile Analysis for each participant. This behavioural work-based diagnostic will identify the working strengths, fears, motivators and the values that each individual brings to your organisation. It also indicates how they are likely to perform under pressure and how they modify their behaviour in their current role.

Outcomes from the diagnostic are then used to design and develop up to two days of practical leadership skills workshops. This development programme is fully customised to meet the specific needs of the participants in your organisation. It is therefore a genuine bespoke programme determined by the participants themselves.

The workshops are then followed by a programme of four monthly half-day performance coaching sessions to integrate the most appropriate leadership skills and practices into the work of your organisation.
