Modelling behaviour to develop managers as leaders and to help good leaders become great!
Whether you are the chief executive of a multi-national company, the owner/manager of your own business, a headteacher, team leader or a board member in a voluntary and community organisation, you will be expected to provide leadership to others.
With over 25 years experience in leadership development and from my extensive work in neuro linguistic programming, behavioural change and emotional intelligence, I believe that the most effective leaders are critically aware of how their own behaviours affect and influence the people around them. Once you really know yourself, you will begin to understand how adapting your behaviour can motivate and support others giving you the emotional resilience to make choices, be flexible and have the capacity to lead effectively in fast-changing and challenging situations.
My work on behavioural metaphors has shown that you need to get an animal to trust, respect and want to follow you if you want your leadership to be effective ... it is no different with people!

My popular book Who Put You in Charge? uses a strong-willed German Shepherd to demonstrate the leadership metaphors between human and canine behaviour.
My keynote presentations help audiences explore how to become a pack leader in their own organisation.
My signature seminars and coaching programmes introduce powerful techniques that will give you the tools and strategies to model the most effective patterns of leadership mindset and behaviour.
